Carrie Fisher is nominated in the "Outstanding Guest Actress In A Comedy Series" category for her apperiance in 30 Rock, as Rosemary Howard.

Actress and popular performer Carrie Fisher is scheduled to appear at Star Wars Celebration Japan, the three-day festival set for July 19-21 near Tokyo.

Always a favorite with audiences and Star Wars fans, Fisher is scheduled to appear daily in the Celebration Japan autograph hall to sign autographs and meet fans in person. She will also appear on stage for what is sure to be a lively and entertaining interview.

American actress Carrie Fisher, known to most as Princess Leia, has revealed some of the close moments she had with Harrison Ford while filming the iconic Star Wars movies.

The 51-year-old, has always been rumoured to have had something going on with Ford, who played Han Solo. And now she is ready to tell all about her relationship with the actor.

I went on the film saying Im going to have an affair, like it was a kiwi, an exotic fruit because Id never had one!" the Sun quoted her as telling Justin Lee Collins in new C4 show Bring Back . . . Star Wars, The Sun quoted her, as saying.

"I had a crush on Harrison for sure. Harrison is great fun when hes had a few drinks... Im going to get in so much trouble... Once I left the room and came back and he was in the closet not wearing a lot of clothes", she added.

She was also asked about the relationship between Ford and co-star Mark Hamill, who played Luke Skywalker, and if there were any fights between them. "Harrison wouldnt have a competition with Mark its an uneven competition. Hed win, it would be mean to have a competition!" she said.
However she did confess that there was some jealousy from Hamill over Harrisons huge success. "Harrison had this enormous career by the second or third film, that was tough for Mark. He was like, This wasnt supposed to happen its the adventures of Luke Skywalker", she said of Hamill.

The other news that she revealed was that during the first flick in 1977, director George Lucas made her cover her boobs with Gaffer Tape.
"I had to tape them down, because theres no underwear in space. George knows that for a fact", she recounted.

Memorably, Carrie was made to wear a skimpy gold bikini as she was held hostage by Jabba The Hutt in Return Of The Jedi in 1983. "George has it he wears it all the time. That bikini didnt move, so you could see all the way to Florida!" she added laughing.

March 10th, Carrie Fisher began co-hosting, alongside Robert Osborne, as of Turner Classic Movie Channel's The Essentials.

The daughter of Eddie Fisher and Debbie Reynolds says the producers of the show asked her to co-host and she agreed because she watches a lot of old movies on the channel.

The Essentials began its seventh season last Sunday.

The original princess with an attitude, Carrie Fisher, is slated to appear at Star Wars Celebration IV during the show weekend of May 24 -- 28, 2007 at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Fisher, who portrayed Princess Leia Organa in the original Star Wars trilogy, will be greeting fans and signing autographs in the Celebration Autograph Hall, and is scheduled to appear on stage for an interview and a question and answer session.
